If an application is declined, the borrower receives an honest reason and a plain explanation of when they might reasonably reapply. We do not bury people in scoring jargon.
A borrower who can repay early should be able to do so, without penalty and without a phone call to obtain permission. Our system is built for this; our pricing assumes it.
